What we collect

When you send the form: your name, phone or email, the services and package you chose, your message if you write one, and the language of the page.

When you request a free review on the Full Calendar page: the clinic or salon name, city, phone or email, the Instagram profile or website if you add one, and the language of the page. We look at the public pages you name only to record the review.

When you message us on WhatsApp or Viber, that app handles the message under its own terms, and we use it only to reply to you.

Why

Only to answer your inquiry and, if we agree to work together, to send you an offer. We send no advertising and sell no data.

Legal basis

We process your data because you sent us an inquiry, to answer it and prepare an offer before any contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards it to our email. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without personal data.

Like any server on the internet, these services see the IP address of the device you use to open the page or send the form. They may process data outside Bosnia and the EU, including in the USA. Such transfers then rely on the legal mechanisms these services use, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as our conversation lasts, and at most 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, we keep it as long as the law requires for business records.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies for tracking or advertising.

Your browser only remembers that you have already seen the intro animation, so we do not show it again. That is not a cookie and it is never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Just write to us at the email below.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Bosnia and Herzegovina that is the Personal Data Protection Agency, and in the European Union the data protection authority of your country.
